Bodhix Studio Football Buyer's Guide: Soccer or American Football

Bodhix Studio football comes in two forms, Football Soccer and American Football, and this buyer's guide helps you pick the right one for your server before looking at the products that surround them. It compares the two on player base, event style and season, then covers the supporting listings.

Both listings are Scripts entries with the Standalone tag, and both are described in the same terms: production standard, tested in a live environment, ready to run once the resource starts. So the choice is about your community, not about which one is better built.

Bodhix Studio football buyer's guide: soccer or American football

Bodhix Studio Football Soccer

Bodhix Studio Football Soccer is the pick for an international player base. Soccer is the sport more of the world follows, so on a server with players across Europe, South America and Asia it is the match more people will turn up for without being asked. The listing stresses assets tested in a live environment, the property a match with spectators depends on.

It also suits servers that want a match to be a regular thing rather than a spectacle. A weekly kick-off at the same time is easy to sustain.

Best for: international communities and servers that want the sport most players already follow.

Bodhix Studio American Football

Bodhix Studio American Football is the pick for a North American player base and for servers that treat a match as a staged event. American football has a natural structure for announcements, sides and a crowd, and the listing is framed as built to be used rather than screenshotted. It rewards a server that likes to make an occasion of things.

It also gives a server with a strong announcement culture something to announce, and that matters as much as the game itself. A match that is talked about for a week beforehand fills the stands.

Best for: North American communities and event-driven servers.

Head to head

On player base, soccer wins for international communities and American football wins for North American ones. On event style, soccer suits a regular fixture and American football suits a staged occasion. On season, both run all year, and the supporting products below are what tie either one into a calendar.

Bodhix Studio Real Basketball

Bodhix Studio Real Basketball is the supporting activity for either choice. A court runs without staff, so it keeps the sport side of the server alive between matches. It is the creator's Activities and Minigames listing, and it is the one product on this page that works on a quiet Tuesday.

Best for: keeping a sports culture alive between match nights.

Bodhix Studio XTREME Sports Pack

Bodhix Studio XTREME Sports Pack broadens the theme. If match night works, an extreme sports weekend is the next step, and the pack gives it a name from the title alone. It is the listing owners reach for when one sport has proven the community wants more. The theme is broad enough that the football side of the server becomes one part of it rather than the whole thing.

Best for: servers that want to grow from one sport to a themed weekend.

Bodhix Studio Winterfest Sports Pack

Bodhix Studio Winterfest Sports Pack is the seasonal expansion. A winter festival with a match at the centre makes a strong December, and the pack supplies the theme around it. It is tagged Standalone and described as holding up under real player traffic. Owners who run a match every week tend to make the winter one the big one, and the pack gives that match its setting.

Best for: servers with a seasonal calendar.

Bodhix Studio Fighting Stances/Abilities

Bodhix Studio Fighting Stances/Abilities is the surprising add-on. Rivalries between supporters are part of football culture in every code, and a stances listing lets players show attitude in the stands without a weapon. It is tagged Standalone like the rest of the range.

Best for: supporter roleplay around the match.

Bodhix Studio The Desert of Sandy - Yokai's Creation

Bodhix Studio The Desert of Sandy - Yokai's Creation is for the away game. An Exterior Map in the desert gives a match somewhere unusual to happen, and an away fixture is an event in itself. It is the product for the one weekend a season when the match leaves the city.

Best for: a one-off away fixture outside the city.

How to choose

Look at where your players log in from before you look at either listing. If the map of your community leans international, start with soccer. If it leans North American, start with American football. If it is split, start with soccer for the weekly fixture and add American football later as the occasional spectacle.

Then add Real Basketball, because a court keeps the sport side alive on the nights nobody schedules a match. The packs, the stances listing and the desert map come after the first match night has proven there is an audience.

Both team games are in the Scripts collection, with the court game under Activities and Minigames. FiveM Shops lists the whole football side of the creator's range on one brand page, so once you have picked your code, the supporting products are a click away.
