1. Who we are

FiveM Shops (fivemshops.com) creates and sells digital assets for FiveM servers — scripts, MLOs & maps, vehicles, peds, clothing and animations. Support is available through an on-site ticket in My Account → Support, or by email at [email protected]. Tickets are usually answered the same day and emails within 48 hours. FiveM Shops is an independent creator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

2. Accepting these terms

By browsing this store, creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

3. What you are buying

Every product is a digital file for FiveM servers, delivered instantly as downloadable, editable source. Product pages state what each item does and which frameworks (ESX, QBCore, Qbox, Standalone) it supports; please read them before buying and ask us first if anything is unclear.

4. Your licence

  • One purchase grants one licence, for you and your own server or project.
  • You may install and edit the files for your own use.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload, sub-licence, share or leak the files, or any modified version, publicly or privately.
  • You may not remove authorship notices or claim the work as your own.
  • Breaking these rules ends your licence and your access to this store immediately, with no refund, and may lead to further action.

5. Intellectual property

All products, the FiveM Shops name, logo and site content remain the intellectual property of FiveM Shops. A purchase gives you the licence described above — it does not transfer ownership of the work.

6. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars. The exact total is shown before you confirm and is charged once — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
  • Checkout is processed by Stripe: cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay and Klarna, depending on your country.
  • The charge appears on your statement with a descriptor referencing FiveM Shops.

7. Security of your payment details

The whole store runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and all card details are entered on Stripe's PCI-DSS-certified infrastructure. Card numbers never reach, and are never stored on, this site.

8. Delivery and Discord

Delivery is instant and automatic — see the Delivery Policy. If a product includes Discord roles, they are applied to the Discord ID you enter at checkout as soon as payment clears.

9. Support and what it covers

Support covers the product as we shipped it: installation on a standard, up-to-date FiveM server and defects in our own code. It does not cover conflicts caused by your other resources, frameworks we do not list as supported, custom edits you have made, or general server administration.

10. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide. You agree not to misuse the store — no fraud, no attempts to breach security, no automated scraping, and no sharing of your account or downloads with others.

11. Availability and changes to products

We may add, update, re-price or discontinue any product at any time. Updates to a product you own are provided free under My Account → Orders. We are not obliged to keep any product available indefinitely.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is". While we test everything on standard servers, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every server pack, resource or modified environment, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiveM Shops is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or server downtime, arising from the use of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

14. Chargebacks

Please contact support first — nearly every problem is fixed the same day. Filing a chargeback on a delivered digital product instead of contacting us is treated as abuse and results in the immediate, permanent loss of all files, Discord roles and store access.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
