Delivery Policy

Instant, automatic, nothing shipped

There is no physical shipping — every product is a digital download. As soon as Stripe confirms your payment (normally within seconds):

  • Download buttons appear on your order confirmation page.
  • The same links are emailed to you with your receipt (valid for 7 days).
  • Permanent copies stay under My Account → Orders for as long as your account exists — re-download any time.
  • Any Discord roles included with the product are applied to the Discord ID you entered at checkout, automatically.

You need an account

Downloads are tied to your FiveM Shops account so only you can reach your files. Use the same email at checkout that you registered with, and keep your account details safe.

Free updates

When we update a product, the files under My Account → Orders are replaced with the newest version at no extra cost — so you always have the latest release.

If something does not arrive

Delivery is near-instant. If your downloads have not appeared within 15 minutes of a successful payment, open a ticket in My Account → Support or email [email protected] with your order number — we resolve delivery issues the same day.
