Who we are

FiveM Shops (fivemshops.com) has been creating content for FiveM since 2023 — scripts, maps, peds, vehicles and more. We sell our own digital work as ready-to-use files. FiveM Shops is the data controller for this store. For anything privacy-related, email [email protected] or open a ticket from your account.

What we collect

  • Account & orders: your name, email address, country / city and order history.
  • Discord ID: only to deliver the roles and support that come with what you bought.
  • Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device and pages viewed, used for security and basic analytics.

Why we use it

  • To deliver your purchases — download files and Discord roles.
  • To provide support through tickets and email.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised sharing of our files.
  • To understand which products and pages are popular, in aggregate.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe — to process payments. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to your card data.
  • Discord — only your Discord ID, and only to grant the roles tied to your order.

We never sell your personal data, and we never share it with advertisers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Analytics run only when configured, and staff sessions are excluded so our own browsing is never counted.

How long we keep it

  • Orders & account: kept while your account exists; financial records are retained as long as the law requires.
  • Logs (page views, sessions, security records): deleted automatically on a schedule, between 15 and 180 days depending on the type.
  • You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how it is used. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. These rights apply under the GDPR, CCPA and other applicable laws.
