Buying K4MB1 maps for a brand new city is a question of order, not taste. Players notice missing basics in their first hour, and a beautiful mansion does nothing for someone who cannot find a wardrobe, a garage or a place to sleep.
This starter kit lists eight releases in the order a new server should install them, with a short note on what each one solves. Everything here is a map or interior, so the jobs and scripts around them remain your own work. The K4MB1 maps below are sold separately, which keeps the opening spend under control.
The four gaps K4MB1 maps should fill first
New cities fail in predictable ways: nowhere to live, nowhere to park, nowhere to bank and nowhere to change clothes. Cover those four before you spend anything on scenery, and your opening week will feel like a functioning city rather than an empty server.
Work in that order and the K4MB1 maps you buy later have something to sit on top of. Servers that start with a mansion and a casino usually discover a fortnight in that nobody has a garage, and every purchase after that is a repair job.
K4MB1 Starter Shells Pack

K4MB1 Starter Shells Pack solves the first problem. Every new character needs an address, and simple shells are cheap to assign, quick to place and easy for players to make their own once your property system is live.
Shells are also forgiving while you are still changing your mind. If your property system changes in month two, reassigning a set of simple interiors costs an afternoon rather than a rebuild of half the map.
Best for: giving day one characters somewhere to live.
K4MB1 Garages Pack

K4MB1 Garages Pack handles the second. Vehicles are the centre of most roleplay, and a proper garage gives players somewhere to store and collect them instead of a glowing circle in a car park.
Parking also creates natural meeting points. Players who collect cars from the same structure every evening start recognising each other, and that is how a new server grows its first regulars.
Best for: making vehicle storage feel like a place, not a menu.
K4MB1 Modern Fleeca Banks
K4MB1 Modern Fleeca Banks covers banking. Branches spread across the map give players a reason to stop in different districts, and later they double as the first tier of your robbery content when the server is ready for it.
Best for: everyday banking that grows into crime content later.
K4MB1 Suburban Clothing
K4MB1 Suburban Clothing is the fourth basic. Character creation continues long after the first spawn, and a clothing store outside the city centre means players in the suburbs do not have to drive downtown to change a jacket.
Best for: a second clothing location away from the centre.
K4MB1 Auto Garage

Once the basics work, add the first job. K4MB1 Auto Garage gives mechanics a workshop, which is the easiest job to staff on a young server because repairs are always in demand.
A workshop also gives your staff a place to run a shift when the server is quiet. One mechanic on duty keeps the rest of the population moving, and that job needs a building far more than it needs a script.
Best for: the first player job a new city should support.
K4MB1 Italian Pizza
K4MB1 Italian Pizza adds the second job and a social venue in one. Restaurants give non combat players something to run, and they become the default meeting point for everyone else.
Best for: a food business that doubles as a gathering spot.
K4MB1 Pharmacies
K4MB1 Pharmacies fills a gap most servers leave open far too long. Medical roleplay needs somewhere between the street and the hospital, and a pharmacy is a small building with a lot of story attached to it.
Best for: supporting EMS and medical roleplay outside the hospital.
K4MB1 Misc Pack
K4MB1 Misc Pack is the tidy up. Grouped smaller locations are useful for filling the awkward gaps that appear once your main buildings are placed and you notice a whole district with nothing in it.
Best for: filling empty districts after the main installs.
Install order checklist
- Housing shells, so every new character has an address.
- Garages, so vehicles have somewhere to live.
- A bank branch set, so money has a physical home.
- A clothing store outside the centre.
- One or two jobs, starting with mechanic and food.
- Filler locations for districts that still look empty.
Frequently asked questions
How many interiors does a new server need?
Six to ten is plenty at launch. Too many buildings on a small population spreads players thin, and an empty interior is worse than no interior.
Should we buy packs or single locations?
Packs early, singles later. Grouped releases cover more ground while you are still finding out which parts of the map your players actually use.
What should we buy second, once the basics are covered?
Whatever your players complain about. The list of missing K4MB1 maps writes itself after two weeks of feedback, and that list is far more reliable than any shortlist written before your server opened.
You can browse the whole range on FiveM Shops, and the city and public MLOs collection is the best place to see which everyday buildings are still missing from your map.
