An NTeam Dev bundle is the quickest way to get a new server's core buildings in place, because three of the creator's listings each combine several maps into one purchase. This starter kit uses those three bundles as the foundation and adds five single listings to fill the gaps a fresh city has on day one.

The kit is ordered by install priority. Buildings that every player uses come first, transport and economy second, and the social layer last. A table and a decision guide at the end help you trim the list if you only want part of it.

The NTeam Dev bundle starter kit, in install order

NTeam Dev Mrpd / Hospital / Mechanic

NTeam Dev bundle of three job buildings: NTeam Dev Mrpd / Hospital / Mechanic

Start with NTeam Dev Mrpd / Hospital / Mechanic, the bundle that names three job buildings in its title: the Mission Row police station, a hospital and a mechanic shop. Listed under Hospital and EMS MLOs, it covers the three jobs a server cannot open without, which is why it comes first.

Best for: the police, EMS and mechanic jobs on day one.

NTeam Dev Hospital / Legion V2 / Police

Square, hospital and police combined listing preview from NTeam Dev Hospital / Legion V2 / Police

The second NTeam Dev bundle is NTeam Dev Hospital / Legion V2 / Police, under Police and Sheriff MLOs. It overlaps the first on hospital and police, so its value here is the Legion Square V2 map: the downtown centre where players spawn and meet. If you buy only one of the two, decide by whether you need a garage or a square more.

Best for: the downtown square, with police and hospital as backup.

NTeam Dev Tunnel / Connection / Bridge V2 / Tunnel Paleto

Northern corridor bundle preview from NTeam Dev Tunnel / Connection / Bridge V2 / Tunnel Paleto

The third bundle is about the map rather than jobs. NTeam Dev Tunnel / Connection / Bridge V2 / Tunnel Paleto lists four pieces in its title, a tunnel, a connection, the V2 bridge and the Paleto tunnel, and together they link Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay to the city. A new server that wants the north used from launch installs this early.

Best for: opening the north of the map at launch.

NTeam Dev Fleeca Banks

Fleeca branch preview from NTeam Dev Fleeca Banks

With jobs and roads in place, the economy needs a bank. NTeam Dev Fleeca Banks covers the Fleeca branches under Restaurant and Business MLOs, and it serves both sides of the server: paycheck deposits for civilians and robbery targets for crews once the police force is ready.

Best for: the banking loop and the first heists.

NTeam Dev Vice Car Dealer

Dealership showroom preview from NTeam Dev Vice Car Dealer

Players need cars in the first hour. NTeam Dev Vice Car Dealer is the Dealership and Showroom MLO in the kit, the place where the first purchase happens and where a player-run dealer job can start. Pair it with the mechanic shop from the first bundle and the vehicle economy is complete.

Best for: the first vehicle purchase and a dealer job.

NTeam Dev Taxi

Not everyone buys a car on day one. NTeam Dev Taxi is a City and Public MLO for the taxi job, and on a launch weekend it is the job that moves new players around while they earn their first vehicle. It also gives civilians an immediate job that needs no training.

Best for: launch-weekend transport and an instant civilian job.

NTeam Dev Mechanic + Cafe Rooftop

The kit's social layer starts with NTeam Dev Mechanic + Cafe Rooftop, which combines a second mechanic shop with a cafe and a rooftop, as its title says. Filed under Mechanic and Garage MLOs, it gives the city a second garage and its first hangout in one resource.

Best for: a second garage plus the first social venue.

NTeam Dev Legion Square Extended V2

Finally, if you chose the first bundle and therefore have no square, NTeam Dev Legion Square Extended V2 is the standalone version of the same Legion Square V2 map the second bundle includes. It is a City and Public MLO and it completes the downtown centre without duplicating the police and hospital buildings.

Best for: adding the square when you skipped the second bundle.

How to choose which NTeam Dev bundle to start with

Pick Mrpd / Hospital / Mechanic if your launch jobs are police, EMS and mechanic; pick Hospital / Legion V2 / Police if you already own a garage and want the square instead. Do not buy both unless you plan to use two police buildings and two hospitals.

Add the tunnel and bridge bundle only if your server intends to populate the north; a city-only server can skip it and spend the slot on the bank and the dealership, which every player touches in the first session.

Then add single listings by how many players will see them. Bank and dealer first, taxi second, the cafe rooftop third, the standalone square whenever you need it.

Three bundles and five singles are enough to open a city with every core job, a working economy and a reason to leave downtown. Browse the Maps and MLOs collection on FiveM Shops to see every NTeam Dev bundle and single listing together, or go straight to Police and Sheriff MLOs for the second bundle.
