We've been making FiveM content since 2023

FiveM Shops started with a simple idea: FiveM server owners deserve high-quality, ready-to-run content that just works — no broken installs, no dead support, no waiting around. Since 2023 we've been designing, building and refining our own scripts, maps, peds and vehicles, and we ship every one of them ourselves.

What we make

  • Scripts — clean, optimised resources written to be light on your server and easy to configure. We care about performance: fewer resmon spikes, sensible defaults, readable code.
  • Maps & MLOs — custom interiors and world builds that fit naturally into the game, with proper collisions, LODs and occlusion so your server stays smooth.
  • Peds — original character models, rigged and textured for FiveM, ready to drop in.
  • Vehicles — handcrafted cars with accurate handling, working liveries and tuned LODs, so they look and drive right in-game.

How we build

Good FiveM content is equal parts art and engineering. On the modelling side we work in Blender and ZModeler for vehicles and props, 3ds Max and Sollumz for maps and MLOs, and Substance / Photoshop for textures. On the code side our scripts are written in Lua around modern FiveM natives, tested against the popular frameworks (ESX, QBCore, Qbox) and profiled with resmon before they ever ship. Every release goes through real in-game testing on a live server — if it doesn't run cleanly for us, it doesn't go out.
