The AS MLO lighthouse at El Gordo is the kind of map that never makes a top-ten list, and that is the point of this post. Alongside it are six more small AS MLO products that get overlooked next to the sheriff station and the dealerships, but do more for day-to-day roleplay than their size suggests.
Underrated here means small, specific and easy to scroll past on a store page. All seven are sold on FiveM Shops, tagged Standalone and described as packaged and tested on a live server. Read them as quiet additions: none is a headline, and all of them earn their place.
Underrated picks, starting with the AS MLO lighthouse
AS MLO El Gordo Lighthouse
AS MLO El Gordo Lighthouse gives the coast a landmark you can go inside. Lighthouses are where roleplay goes when it needs privacy: a smuggling hand-off, a proposal, a hostage exchange, a hermit character's home. Because the location is remote, everyone who walks in has chosen to be there, and that makes the scenes better.
Best for: remote scenes, smuggler roleplay and one-off story locations.
AS MLO Sandy Toilets
AS MLO Sandy Toilets is the easiest joke on your server until the first chase ends in it. Public toilets are cover, hiding spots, dead drops and the place where a lost tourist meets the wrong crowd. Small public interiors are what make a map feel inhabited rather than staged.
Best for: public-space roleplay and foot chases in Sandy Shores.
AS MLO Tongva House
AS MLO Tongva House is the smallest house in the Housing and Mansion collection and the one most likely to be ignored in favour of the villa. Yet it is the house that gets bought most: a first home for a fresh character, out of the way, realistic and their own. Starter housing is retention, and this is a good starter.
Best for: starter housing and new-character retention.
AS MLO Paleto's Gas Station
The far north of the map is usually dead, and AS MLO Paleto's Gas Station is a simple way to change that. A staffed stop in Paleto Bay gives northern players a job, deputies a patrol point and travellers a reason to pull over. It is a Restaurant and Business map, so treat it as a convenience business rather than a garage.
Best for: waking up Paleto Bay with a staffed stop.
AS MLO Coroner Pack
AS MLO Coroner Pack serves a role most servers forget until a detective asks where the body went. It is a small City and Public product that closes the loop between EMS, police and the courts. Once installed, every death has a next step, and that changes how seriously players treat a shooting. It also gives medical and legal characters a shared location, which is rare on most maps.
Best for: coroner, detective and court roleplay.
AS MLO Red's Auto Parts
A parts store does not sound exciting, but AS MLO Red's Auto Parts gives your mechanic economy a supply side. Mechanics have to leave the workshop, drive, buy stock and return, and every one of those trips is a chance for roleplay. It is the piece that turns a repair job into a business with logistics.
Best for: the supply run in a mechanic economy.
AS MLO San Andreas Classics
AS MLO San Andreas Classics is for the players who care about old cars. As the title says, it is a classics venue, and it gives collectors and restorers somewhere that is not the same tuner shop everyone else uses. It is niche, and niche venues are what keep veteran players interested after their first hundred hours.
Best for: classic-car collectors and restoration roleplay.

How to choose an underrated map
Pick the one that fills a gap your players have already complained about. If chases fizzle out because there is nowhere to run to, the AS MLO lighthouse and the toilet block solve that. If new characters leave after a week, the Tongva House gives them a reason to stay.
If your mechanic job is a repair button and nothing more, Red's Auto Parts and San Andreas Classics turn it into a trade. If shootings have no consequences, the Coroner Pack adds them. Small maps are quick to install, so there is little risk in adding one, watching for a week and adding the next. The worst case is a building nobody visits, and even that tells you something about where your players spend their time.
Every map here is listed in the City and Public MLOs or Housing and Mansion MLOs collections on FiveM Shops. The big stations and showrooms get the attention, but an AS MLO lighthouse or a public toilet is often what makes a server feel like a place rather than a lobby.
